Have you been to Blu Basil in the Time Plaza Shopping Center yet? They've been open a little over a year now and they're constantly innovation! The Lotus Lobster is a new creation which I had the pleasure of tasting for Eat Lafayette 2016, along with the Bulgogi Beef Nachos. The spices and flavors are as beautiful to your taste buds as the decor inside is to your eyes. Treat yourself to a feast of delicious food and maybe one of their signature cocktails soon!
