Lottery Jackpots Are On The Rise

If you've been dreaming about winning a big jackpot like the one from a few months back, you might be in luck. KATC reports that  the Louisiana Lottery Corporation announced that nobody won the two major jackpots in the Louisiana Lotto and multistate Powerball drawings on Wednesday night.

Lotto players matching all six numbers drawn would have won or shared a $775,000 prize, which will rise to an estimated $825.000 for Saturday.

Players with all five numbers and the Powerball would have won or shared the $117.1 million jackpot. The prize goes to an estimated $135 million for Saturday.

These numbers might be 'small' now, compared to the almost - billion dollar jackpot, but you never know what might happen. You also can't win if you don't try.
