Lafayette Teenagers Found Passed Out In Bizarre Neighborhood Incident, One Of Them Allegedly Found Nude

17-year-old Joseph Howard and 17-year-old Belle Saucier were arrested after allegedly ransacking a home in the 300 block of Thibodeaux Drive, causing $20,000.00 worth of damage. Howard is also accused of knocking on neighbors doors, while in the nude.

According to our news partners at KATC, Police say, after they got complaints from neighbors, officers say they found him naked and passed out in a nearby driveway. Authorities say they found Saucier passed out in the middle of a nearby road.

Police say the teens, who officers say appeared to be under the influence of drugs, also face disturbing the peace charges and simple criminal damage to property charges, while Howard faces an additional charge of obscenity.
