Lafayette Teen Missing, Family Asks Facebook For Help

If you're seeing this post, you can relax. The missing teen was found shortly after the story was shared back in May of 2015. The reason why this story showed up was a wonderful (and sometimes troublesome feature) in an app for Facebook called TimeHop. If you're unfamiliar, Facebook likes to bring back stories from this day a year or more ago. Such was the case for this story. We were unable to control what stories get shared on TimeHop so from time to time situations like this will arise.

We do our best to assist families and law enforcement in sharing information related to missing persons in the hopes that the individual will be found quickly and safely. In this case the missing person was found within a day and safe.
