Update: The person who robbed St. Jules Credit Union in the 1600 block of Bertrand Drive on Thursday is still on the run. Lafayette Police say the suspect (believed to be a male) went inside the business armed with what appeared to be a black handgun and stole an undisclosed amount of money. Officers say the suspect was wearing a white long-sleeve shirt, dark colored shorts and shoes, a dark colored wig and possibly a fake beard used to conceal his face. He was able to get away on foot.
