Lafayette Husband Arrested After Argument With Wife Ends With Stabbing

An apparent drug-induced argument leads to a man allegedly stabbing his wife last night in a trailer park in the 200 block of West Pont Des Mouton Road.

According to our news partners at KATC, 33-year-old Shannon Patrick Comeaux of Lafayette has been arrested after he allegedly began arguing with his wife after smoking marijuana laced with PCP. Comeaux pulled the knife and stabbed both her and another man, according to the affidavit obtained by KATC.

Comeaux is being held on $150,000 bond. The victims are currently in the hospital.
