Lafayette City – Parish Council To Discuss Alfred Mouton Statue Tonight

The controversial issue of what should be done with the Alfred J. Mouton statue in downtown Lafayette will be the subject of this evening's Lafayette City - Parish Council meeting.

KATC reports that the topic is on the council's agenda for this week's meeting after statue supporters spoke during last week's public comments forum. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 530 PM.
