La. AT&T Users’ Overages To Be Creditied

In times of crisis, reliable information is of critical importance. People need to inform others of their status. Rescue & relief efforts need to be coordinated. Internet usage skyrockets. E-mail and social media become vital communication tools. More than 30,000 Louisiana citizens have been displaced by our current crisis. That means they're away from home wi fi, and desktop computers. Mobile devices become their sole tool of communication. That means lots of data usage.
