Kate Middleton’s Official Portrait Called ‘Dull,’ ‘Ghastly’

You might think that there are countless perks that come with being a member of the British royalty, and that one of them is sitting for your official portrait. It turns out you might be wrong, however.

ABC News reports that art critics the world over are slamming the work, claiming that it doesn't resemble Middleton at all, with some going so far as to describe it as "dull" and "ghastly."

Middleton, who sat twice for the portrait, reportedly described the work as “amazing,” adding, “I thought it was brilliant.”

Being the good husband and future father that he is, William said of the portrait,  “It’s absolutely beautiful.” Really, though: what else COULD he say? What do you think? Let us know.
