We've been without Blue Bell Ice cream in Louisiana since spring. The company has resumed production, but not at all plants. Blue Bell returned to stores in various Alabama markets, as well as Houston, August 31st. It returns to Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco & Oklahoma city in early November.
