Johnny Carson was, is, the greatest talk show host to ever hit the airwaves.  He was smart, funny, shy, yet arrogant enough to pull it off.  He can never be replaced.  In his time, he shared his philosophy about having the right job and what you could gain having the right job.  And it wasn't just about the money.

Mr. Carson may not have been great at relationships, but there' s no denying, he knew how to have the American television audience eating out of the palm of his hand.  He made his job seem easy, because he loved it.
