The internet started showing images of the news originating from the Drudge Report, CNN and more. Even videos started being shared over the weekend with the stunning announcement.
Reports indicated that he not only resigned from his church, but from Christianity.
However, all links and articles that appeared in stories online and in news clips lead nowhere or could not be found.
However, actual links to those articles were unable to be found.
Joel Osteen's website states nothing about these claims and the internet is glaring with stories about how it's a hoax and many are wondering if they'll be any legal action taken.
