I've been a Jimmy Buffett fan for a long time. The first time I saw him perform was at a Lundi Gras concert at the Superdome in 1980. A couple years later, he performed at he "P-Mac." It was still the LSU Assembly Center in those days. Jimmy played at Jazzfest over the weekend. I wasn't there. It was the first time I've missed him since 2002. Some friends were there.
