Jeff Davis Crash Claims The Life Of A Jennings Man

Early yesterday morning, Louisiana State Police was called out to a crash on Louisiana Highway 26 south of Louisiana Highway 1126 to investigate a crash.

State Police officials say that their initial investigation showed that 27-year-old Guy Ryan Lopez of Jennings lost control of his truck. He was northbound on Highway 26 when this happened.

State Police says that Lopez was pronounced dead of the scene after he was thrown out of his truck.

Routine toxicology tests are pending for Lopez, and State Police is still working on piecing together all of the facts of the crash.
