JayCee Becomes A Target At Uncle Sam’s Jam [VIDEO]

I attended the Uncle Sam's Jam 4th of July celebration at Parc International this year, and I became an unwitting target.

Here's the set-up: there was a Kids Corner with face-painting, sidewalk chalks, and water balloons.  I delivered the bucket of water balloons to the Kids Corner, and one little boy, about 3 or 4, appeared to be a little confused as to what a water balloon was, so I thought I would let him throw one at me to teach him.  Well, how does the phrase go? Monkey-see, monkey-do?
