Fitting that Jacqueline Bisset won an award at the 2014 Golden Globes for 'Dancing on the Edge' -- her wacky, rambling, hesitating acceptance speech had us ALL on the edge of our seats!

The 69-year-old English actress, who made her biggest splash stateside in a wet T-shirt in the 1977 film 'The Deep,' won the award for Supporting Actress, TV Series, Mini-Series or TV Movie. It was her first-ever Golden Globe victory, so she can be forgiven for her very emotional reaction.

Taking forever to make her way to the stage, she was already on the verge of tears when accepting the award from presenters Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis.

Starting her "speech," the poor woman paused constantly, tripped over her words, sighed audibly, and basically looked like a deer in headlights. After stumbling over a joke about being named a promising newcomer by the Hollywood Foreign Press "47 years ago," she did manage to get out, "I can't believe this, you nominated me about five times, I think. Anyway."

She reached for a lifeline from 'Dancing' co-star Chiwetel Ejiofor, but she couldn't really get it together, even when calling upon her Scottish background for strength. The music started, the music went away, the music came back. No one knew what to do!

Bisset swore. She quoted her mom. Finally, she blew kisses the crowd and exclaimed, "I love my friends, I love my family and you're so kind. Thank you so much!"
