It Rained in LA so Jimmy Kimmel Had to Make Fun of the Local TV Weather People

The average rainfall in Los Angeles, California is only a little over 15 inches - annually! So, it is a big deal whenever any water falls from the sky there. A friend of mine who lived in Long Beach said one time when it rained, everybody freaked out, kind of like when we get snow, I guess! Watch this clip from the Jimmy Kimmel show and laugh at the way the breathless weather men and women report on about a quarter inch of rain! (Especially the way the last reporter 'poked' the guy back in the studio.)
