Is The Creepy Clown Craze About To Return?

It's been two years since creepy clowns had the world on edge.

In 2016, there were reports in over 10 states of people dressed as creepy clowns attempting to lure children into the woods. Last month, a juvenile in Pennsylvania claimed he was attacked by someone wearing a scary clown mask and carrying a baseball bat. Numerous creepy clown incidents have begun to pop up in the U.K. this month alone.

While there haven't been any reports in Louisiana yet, that could change as we get closer to Halloween.
