The Carnival Triumph, a cruise ship that broke down in the Gulf of Mexico in February, has broken away from its moorings while docked in Mobile, Ala., according to the Associated Press.

The Coast Guard is also searching for a missing dock employee who fell into the water, according to Fox News Radio. A tugboat is working to tow the crippled cruise liner back to dock.

A fire in the engine room led to tugboats having to push the vessel to Mobile from the Gulf not quite two months ago. Passengers, including many from Acadiana, were stuck on the boat for days, in horrific conditions. There was no running water, no operating toilets and passengers reported the filth and stench were unimaginable.
