Former FBI director Bob Mueller has issued his findings in an investigation of the NFL's handling of the Ray Rice incident. From where I'm sitting, it doesn't sound like it was much of an investigation. The Associated Press reports, Mueller's investigation uncovered no evidence NFL officials had seen the video of Rice assaulting his fiancee' in February 2014 before it appeared online. The 96 page report contained the following statement,"The NFL should have done more with the information it had and should have taken additional steps to obtain all available information about the Feb. 15 incident." Mueller had no power to Subpoena. The law enforcement official who reported sending a DVD to the NFL, and confirming its receipt wasn't interviewed. The report also states NFL officials failed to contact police  or the Atlantic County prosecutor's office for information about the incident.
