Identity of Body Found in Abbeville Chimney

It seems it won't be long until the identity of the body in the historic Bank of Abbeville building  is determined. The Advertiser reports that the skeletal remains found in the bank's chimney have likely been there since before the late 1980's when the chimney was capped off.  Police believe they know who the body belongs to, but need medical confirmation. As they await confirmation of dental records, speculation continues in Abbeville.
