Iconic Lamp Posts On Main Street In Franklin, Louisiana Are Ready For Christmas [VIDEO]

The lamp posts in Franklin, Louisiana are iconic and during this time of year they get even more beautiful.

These beautiful lamp posts have been up since 1915.  One section was taken down and stored in the the '60s and '70s, and replaced with modern lamp posts.  Those modern lamp posts have since been taken down and replaced with the originals.

Every year the Christmas decorations come out and a little southern town lights main street to look like a landing strip for Santa.
