I Inhaled Dust; Can I Avoid Sinus Infection?

So I had to do some manual labor today (moving boxes and equipment in our storage building), and, in the process, I inhaled LOADS of dust.

Normally when this happens, within 2 days I have a full-blown sinus infection.  Is it too late to do something right now to prevent one?  Anyone?  Any advice is appreciated!!
