I saw someone on television the other day and her eyebrows scared me so I decided to post the best eyebrow tutorial on Youtube.

Eyebrows are tricky.  I personally have a uni-brow that I have to contend with so I know first hand.  I don't know what I hate more, shaving or dealing with the out-of-control brow.
