We Americans love novelty treats! Colorful candies like Skittles and M&M's have long been popular. Who doesn't love ice cream, or brightly colored lime or orange sherbet? A British inventor named Charlie Francis has invented glow in the dark ice cream. He collaborated with Chinese scientists to develop the treat using luminous protein from Jellyfish. I'm not sure how well it will sell, given the price. The luminous protein is reportedly four times more expensive than gold. A scoop of Charlie's glow in the dark treat will cost you over $200.00.
