With the recent tragedy beset upon America by itself, there seems to be a glimmer of hope shining through the darkness.

With millions of Americans trying to pick up what is left of their lives, they are having to deal with emotions that they haven't been exposed to in a number of years:  Insult, Depression, Shock, Sadness, Outrage, Sympathy, and Desperation.

If there is one common thread that is holding Americans together during this tragic time, it comes in the form of a question.  If answered, it could mean brighter times, happier families, 'back-to-normal' feelings, and relief:  How could my fellow Americans have voted Pia off of American Idol??

Well, as a fan of real news (news that will decide which direction our country is headed), I have to sort through this Hollywood/Vanity garbage daily to get to the real news.  Before I totally discard this story (immediately after I finish posting this rant/blog, the link WILL be in my recycle bin), I thought I would post it for you to read.  Because I love giving people hope (even if it is in the form of a superficial, how-is-this-going-to-change-America, tongue-in-cheek sort of way).
