A homeless man in California was recently in his usual spot outside a Sacramento grocery store when something unusual happened. Frederick Callison wasn't begging for money or food. He was looking for a job. Callison had a stack of resumes, his ID, social security card, and a sign that read "Need work and food." A young businessman named Michael Marteen was going into the store when he spotted Callison. The unemployed cook had been trying to find work for two years, according to today.com. Marteen saw he was serious about finding a job, contacted associates in the food industry, and posted a photo of  Callison's resume on his Facebook page. Callison now has a job cooking at a downtown pizza restaurant.
