Hershey claims the legal right to manufacture chocolate with the Cadbury name, using a different recipe. If you're familiar with food labeling, the ingredients are listed in order by the amount contained in the item. British Cadbury chocolate lists milk as its #1 ingredient. The #1 ingredient in the Hershey product is sugar. Many chocolate lovers say the British product has a superior flavor. So much for those delicious Cadbury cream Easter eggs.
