Health experts say don't hold in flatulence, but if you fly a lot, you may have more than you normally would...so what do you do?

A recent study confirmed that high altitudes increase intestinal pressure, causing gas- which explains why you may experience flatulence when you fly!

Health experts actually advise you not to hold back and instead release this gas, or risk discomfort, pain, bloating and other symptoms.
