Going To Concerts May Improve Your Health
Attending concerts has long been one of my favorite forms of entertainment. Recent research indicates it may have health benefits. A report from nme.com indicates 20 minutes at a concert results in as much as a 21% increase in one's sense of well being. The report goes on to say concert attendees experience a 25% increase in closeness to others, and sense of self-worth. Mental stimulation increased by as much as 75%. The researchers at O2, and Goldsmith University conclude the resulting sense of well-being can actually help you live longer. Works for me!
