Garth Brooks’ Five Tips For Raising Daughters

Who made Garth Brooks an expert at raising girls?  Maybe he is, maybe he's not, but he is a great dad.  Here are one superstar's five tips for raising daughters.

1.  Always be on call.  Something will happen, be ready for it.

2.  Let them fail.  To know what success feels like, they will have to experience losing.

3.  Put them to work.  Garth says have them wait tables.  They will learn how to treat others when they've waited on people.  When they've cleaned toilets, they will be mindful of how you treat others.

4.  Have her driving at 16.  On her first date, make sure she drives.  If something goes wrong, she can drive herself home.

5.  Always set consequences.  If the grades drop, the cell phones get taken away.
