Gadget: It’s A Whistle! [VIDEO]

Yesterday's gadget answer is "Whistle".  Several people guessed what it was.

This whistle was made at some point in the early 1970s, as my brother took some of the banding material from a railroad track and cut it to length, folded it, and voila!  A 'railroad whistle'!
