Friends Of Rose Hoffman Cormier Benefit Sunday, October 25

The Friends of Rose Hoffman Cormier Benefit is set for Sunday, October 25 from 4 - 8 PM at The Blue Moon Saloon in Lafayette. The event features music by Les Freres Michot, great food, and a silent auction to raise funds for Rose who is fighting stage 3 colon cancer.

Rose is a beloved friend to thousands within and without the Acadiana community. She is a delightful character actress known for portraying Marilyn Monreaux, Mrs. Santa Claus, Mother Goose, ULL Flo, and many other roles in Lafayette theater productions. She is a selfless humanitarian who has dedicated countless hours of her time to numerous causes.

Current silent auction items include art ranging from photography, stained glass, prints, religious icons & paintings,  gift certificates from area restaurants and a local spa, gift baskets, beautiful wreaths, jewelry,  purses, a 'Cajun For A Day' package for a UL Ragin Cajuns’ home football game from Coach Hudspeth, and more.
