Conagra has recalled over 67 tons of frozen family-sized meals. According to the USDA, the company received complaints from consumers and there were three reports of minor injuries. Federal inspectors say the packages included in this recall are  27-ounce Banquet meals with an expiration date of September 2019. The reason for the recall is that the frozen steak dinners contain bone fragments. This is a Class 1 Recall, which the USDA says means, "This is a health hazard situation where there is a reasonable probability that the use of the product will cause serious, adverse health consequences or death." They're saying that it's likely that many consumers have these dinners in their freezer right now. Anyone who bought Banquet's family-size Salisbury steak dinners is being advised to throw them out or return them to the store where they were purchased.
