Franklin Man Arrested For Sexual Battery Of A Juvenile

St. Mary Parish Sheriff's deputies report they arrested a Franklin man on a warrant for molestation of a juvenile and sexual battery.

Deputies arrested 42-year-old Michael Burden Wednesday after an investigation where the victim told law enforcement Burden had sex with her.

Michael is in the St. Mary Parish Jail, and he is being held without bond.

Investigators are not releasing any other information in the case right now.
