Former Astronaut Being Sued By U.S. Government

Reuters reports Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell is being sued by the Federal government over a camera.

 Mitchell had consigned the camera, which was used on the Apollo mission, to be auctioned off by Bonhams Auction house in New York. Mitchell and his lawyer claim NASA gave him the camera 40 years ago. NASA claims they have no record of that, saying in a statement,  "All equipment and property used during NASA operations remains the property of NASA unless explicitly released or transferred to another party."
