Fluffy Caramel Apple Dip – Cookin’ With Marilyn

This is great for Halloween parties! It's a real crowd-pleaser. But be warned: make sure you make enough 'cause you won't want to quit eating it!

Ingredients

1 pkg (8 ozs) softened cream cheese

1\2 cup brown sugar

1\4 cup Marzetti's Caramel Dip

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup marshmallow creme

3 medium tart apples

2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp water

Directions

In a small bowl,beat together cream cheese, brown sugar, caramel dip, and vanilla until smooth, fold in marshmallow creme. Cut apples vertically into thin slices.

In a small bowl, combine lemon juice and water, toss apples in lemon juice mixture. Drain.

Using Halloween cookie cutters, cut out center of each slice. Serve apple slices and cutouts with dip. Yield:2 cups  ENJOY!
