Flood Recovery Far From Over, United Way Needs Your Help

Flood recovery is far from over.  The needs of the people of Acadiana continue, yet donations are not as brisk.  United Way needs your help.

After an emotional visit to United Way of Acadiana, Townsquare Media staff member Chris Reed found United Way still needs so much.  "United Way needs water and lots of it.  Also cleaning supplies," said Reed.  He went on to say, so many people were picking up supplies, they need more donations just to keep up with demand.

As Acadiana tries to recover from historical flooding and a disturbance developing off the coast of Florida that could be in the Gulf of Mexico next week, United Way needs donations now.
