I love a good "Score One For The Little Guy" story, and HAD to share this one!  Time.com reports a  couple foreclosed on a Bank Of America branch in Naples, Florida. Warren Nyerges and his wife, Maureen bought a 2,700 square foot home in 2009.  They paid cash for the home. No mortgages were ever taken out on the property.    Bank Of America initiated foreclosure proceedings against the couple last year. The couple hired an attorney and the matter was dropped.  The Nyerges incurred $ 2,534 in legal fees and requested reimbursement from the bank.  Bank Of America still hadn't paid up after 5 months, so foreclosure proceedings were initiated.

The attorney showed up at a Naples Branch of the bank with Sheriff's deputies, and one hour later the couple received a check for $5, 772.88.
