Festival International de Louisiane is a wonderful event with a global reputation. The five day event temporarily more than quadruples Lafayette's population. There are a lot of great photo opportunities, and virtually everyone carries some kind of internet enabled mobile device. That places a strain on internet capability. For the second year, the Festival has teamed with LUS Fiber to provide free access to Wifi hotspots at Parc Putnam, Parc International, and Parc Sans Souci.

Terry Huval, Director of LUS Fiber said, “We couldn’t think of a better way to support our community and at the same time enhance the overall festival experience for Lafayette and visitors from around the world than by offering complimentary, high-speed WiFi access.”  Users can now easily share photos, videos, and status updates with ease.
