Remember those millions of posters of Farrah Fawcett wearing that Red Swim Suit with her big smile and massive curly feathered “Do” circa 1976?   Well… Farrah’s famous Red Swimsuit is being donated to the Smithsonian National Museum of American History in honor of her Birthday.  Farrah Fawcett would have been 64 today.

An original copy of her famous red swim suit pinup poster, a leather-bound book of Fawcett's personal scripts from "Charlie's Angels," magazines with Fawcett on the cover and other Farrah items are being donated by actor Ryan O'Neal, her longtime companion.

Farrah’s collectibles will be a part of the Popular Culture History Exhibit at the Smithsonian.  Farrah Fawcett died in 2009 at the age of 62 after a long battle with cancer.
