Faith House Needs Your Help This Christmas

Faith House is a shelter for victims of domestic violence and their children needing a safe, temporary place to live. Residents of Faith House are provided with physical necessities, counseling, advocacy and referrals. While in the shelter, women develop a plan of action for their future. A stay at Faith House of Acadiana allows victims to assess the resources and options available for setting up new and safe lives for their families while they begin rebuilding their shattered self images. If you'd like to assist Faith House in their mission to shelter abused women and children, there are several ways to help:

1. Make a monetary donation here.

2. Donate items needed to operate the shelter. Get the list here.

3. Go to Classic Auto Spa, on Johnston St. at Camellia Blvd. They will donate a portion of every car wash and gift card purchase to Faith House. They will also be a donation station for Faith House, accepting everything from clothing to cleaning supplies.
