Wait, what?  Eyeball licking?  (To be technical:  Oculolinctus).  It's the new "kissing" in Japan, popular among schoolchildren.

It seems that the new trend in Japan is eyeball licking, and medical professionals are recommending "no".  According to The Telegraph, eyeball licking may lead to

styes, conjunctivitis, ruptures to the cornea, ocular chlamydia and in extreme cases, blindness

But think of the memories!!  I can imagine a couple, in their 80s, sitting on the porch in the swing, reminiscing:  "Honey, remember in 8th grade when I stole my first eyeball lick from you?"....  "Yes, dear; you had me at first lick!"

Yuck.
