Extended Road Closures In Lafayette

Two roads closed in Lafayette due to construction and repairs will stay closed for an extended period of time according to the Lafayette Parish Department of Public Works.

Iantha Street between Carmel and Pershing avenues will remain closed until Friday from 7 AM - 5 PM as repairs to the wastewater collection system infrastructure continues, reports KATC.

West Farrel Road between Settlers Trace Boulevard and Kaliste Saloom Road will remain closed through Feb. 16 while crews continue construction; the road has been closed since December 16th.
