Hearty Party for Camp Bon Couer

Hearty Party, an annual fundraising event for Camp Bon Coeur (Camp Good Heart), will be held at Vermilionville with Chubby Carrier and the Bayou Swamp Band on Thursday, March 16th from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
The event will feature the “Tastiest Treat” competition, sample fare from local restaurants such as Carpe Diem, Whole Foods, Bread and Circus, Kettle Korn, and Black Café as well as a variety of others. Scot Wedgeworth whose Show “Bama Glama” aired on the Food Network, will be a guest judge.
Other features include caricatures, face painting, a photo booth and a silent auction full of art, themed packages and overnight stays.
Hearty Party will be held at Vermilionville, from 6 to 9 p.m.
Pre-Sale tickets are $25 per person and will also be available at the door for $30. Proceeds from the event support the programs of Camp Bon Coeur.
Camp Bon Coeur helps children and adults with congenital heart defects.
The nonprofit organization began by offering summer camps for children with congenital heart defects.
In recent years, it has expanded its services to include camps for families and adults, and ongoing support throughout the year.
