The 42nd Annual Vermillion Parish Jr. Livestock Show and Sale is set for January 22nd and 23rd at the Cecil McCrory Exhibiting Building in Abbeville.
There will 203 4-H boys and girls from throughout Vermillion Parish (36 sheep, 138 hogs, 6 goats, and 169 beef calves). All market animals (115 hogs, 25 lambs, 1 goat, 3 steer and 8 commercial heifers) will be sold to the highest bidder during the sale, which begins at 1pm on the 23rd.
Animals are delivered to their respective buyer at the conclusion of the district and state shows, which end February 20th.
