The 31st year celebration of the Giant Omelette Festival is set for Saturday and Sunday, November 7th & 8th in Downtown Abbeville in Magdalen Square.
The festival is free and will feature arts & crafts, kids world, an antique car show, live music all day and great food.
Saturday's Band Schedule includes:
- 10am: Ganey Arsemant Band
- Noon - 3pm: Sweet Cecilia
- 2pm: Sheila Hebert Collins
- 3pm - 5pm: Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys
Sunday's Band Schedule includes:
- 10am - 1pm: Kevin Naquin and Ossum Playboys
- 1:30pm - 4pm: Fa Tras Local Cajun Band
On Sunday from 1:30 to 4:30, you will be able to take part in the Omelette Preparation and Serving (5,031 eggs are being cooking in a 12 ft skillet.)
