ESPN1420 To Hand Out 3000 Temporary Tattoos To Cajun Basketball Fans At Saturday’s Game

This Saturday, February 7th, Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun basketball team will host the UT-Arlington Mavericks at 1:00 in a nationally televised game on ESPN2.

ESPN1420, with the help of the Ragin' Cajun cheerleaders, will distribute temporary tattoos to the first 3,000 fans who arrive at the Cajundome Saturday.

The temporary tattoo mirrors the UL red fleur-de-lis logo that head coach Bob Marlin sports on his left shoulder, minus the 2014 print in the middle.

Marlin fulfilled a promise to his team before this season when he received a tattoo to commemorate his team's run to the NCAA Tournament last year. Now it's time for Cajun nation to do the same...temporarily.

Everyone can show their team spirit and help us TATTOO TEXAS-ARLINGTON!

The Ragin' Cajun cheerleaders, along with some of the ESPN1420 staff, will greet you at the entrance of the Cajundome this Saturday. Doors open at 12:30.

Fans who get involved in social media are encouraged to use the hashtag #TATUTA. Any fan who tweets pictures of their temporary tattoo from the game with the #TATUTA will be entered to win a free King Cake from Ricky Meche's Donut King.

As always, the game can be heard on the radio airwaves on HOT 107.9, with pregame beginning at 12:30.
