Elvis’ First Guitarist Dies At 84

Scotty Moore's name is not nearly as well - known as Elvis', but Moore helped Elvis achieve the legendary status he still has today.

Scotty Moore was himself a legend whose rock guitar talent helped Elvis develop the sound that would make him a superstar.

Moore a long and illustrious career both before and after working with Elvis. Moore died Tuesdsay in his Nashville home at the age of 81.
