Music fans and of course Elvis fans all over the world are anxiously awaiting the arrival of HBO's 'The Searcher'.  A three-hour, two-film presentation.  This documentary will be the latest effort to take the King of Rock and Roll into the 21st century and beyond introducing the mega superstar to a whole new generation.

'The Searcher' will focus on Elvis Presley's life from beginning to end in 1977.  You'll see Presley from childhood to the final 1976 Jungle Room recording sessions when RCA used a mobile recording studio parked outside of Graceland.

During the three-hour long program, viewers will hear from Presley's friends, music legends and the King's former wife Priscilla Presley.  Those who knew him best, will give the world some incite as to what it was like being part of Elvis Presley's very different world.

'The Searcher' premieres on HBO April 14 at 8PM.  The original soundtrack will be available April 6.
